The Library Studio is a modular creative space, ready to serve as a well-equipped audio + video recording studio, as well as a live music + streaming venue. Our one-of-a-kind space offers a unique style with plenty of space for socially distanced gatherings, and optimized for visual appeal with comfortable, relaxed vibes.
Trevor Davis, Jr., Owner – Trevor’s first career was as a professional rock drummer, and gravitated toward the marketing of music. Over the last 40 years Trevor has built a commercial real estate marketing career, the last 20 years as the President and CEO of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He is still actively leading and playing in jazz, dixieland, country and rock bands, and very involved in Downtown Middletown, and enjoys building this latest studio/venue project. Jesse Alford – Born in Memphis, TN, and raised on a diet of bluegrass and folk in the Ozark Mountains, Jesse Alford has music in his blood. Since moving to central CT in the mid-’80s, Jesse has become a fixture in the local music scene onstage, backstage, and behind the console. He’s played guitar and drums in the bands Electropy, The Odds, The Analog Reception, and Fjord Pony. His journey has been intertwined with esteemed establishments such as Coffeehouse Recording, Snow Sound, HB Live, CT Folk, Dirt Floor Studio, and Metropolitan Interactive. Jesse has recently returned to his passion for producing great rock and Americana records at The Library Studio in Middletown, CT.
